Catarina is an eclectic artist whose practice bridges the realms of fantasy,
myth, and mystery.
Her work is deeply rooted in an exploration of liminal spaces, where
imagination and reality intersect. Through different medium she creates
landscapes and visual narratives that serve as a response to the perceived
disenchantment of the modern world and reflect a nomadic understanding of
reality, capturing its fluid and ever-transforming nature.
Her multidisciplinary approach extends to drawing, painting, installation,
video, sound, and poetry, allowing her to delve into a wide array of mediums to
fully express her artistic vision.
This versatility reflects her ongoing exploration of internal and external
narratives, constantly manifesting and evolving as she engages with the world
around her.
We are honored to present her work in our Volume VIII.
