Bachelor in Visual Arts from the University of Algarve (2013/16).
Mafalda also participated in the Erasmus+ program at Art Quarter Budapest in
Hungary for six months.
Mafalda’s artistic practice primarily focuses on video and photography,
though she also incorporates sculpture and drawing into her work.
Her art consistently explores themes of architectural elements, the
ordinary, routine, contemplation, and landscape.
Mafalda draws inspiration from her everyday observations, whether walking
through the streets or traveling by public transport.
She currently lives and works in Porto.
